ABOUT ME

The nature of my degree (M.B.A- H.R.M) course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills.
An experienced HR professional with good knowledge of HR functions having five years of experience.
I am master of HR - Operations including Leave Management, Payroll & Benefits Administration/ EOBI, SESSI, Labor Laws, Ensuring General, Health & Life Insurance, Record maintenance, Employee data base, Drafting of Official Letters, Performance Appraisal practice, Hiring & Exit Formalities.
I am also good of staffing and employee assessments, due to which I have been able to reduce work force, cut expenses and hired staff that can deliver a maximum while feeling good about work.
I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
