I am working in the field of IT from last 7-8 years with dedication and passion to resolve issues of Servers, windows computer system, network modem, router, computer software and hardware issues in the minimum possible time and with with very friendly attitude. No matter what the issue is, I try to keep myself under control in order to focus on problem.

I possess extensive level of experience in Computer hardware, computer software, Networking, DNS, DHCP, VoIP telephony issues etc. Good in providing remote support through Team viewer or windows RDP to clients in order resolve their issues by properly coordinating with them.
