ABOUT ME

I'm a certified customer service representative with over 2 years experience in the industry. I have worked with renowned companies such as Safaricom, Kenya and helped establish an efficient and reputable customer service. I've also experience in working with business related companies; shopify and E-commerce.

Through this experiences I've managed to learn various skills and expertise which I use when offering services to customers. I'm very passionate about this profession. Helping customers and following up on their requests is what I do best.

As a writer, I am very proficient in the writing industry. This coupled by my editing and proofreading skills enable me to provide quality content. I have done quite a number of writing work and publications over the years which have proved to be of quality and reader friendly.

I have a bachelors degree in English literature from the University of Nairobi, and other academic qualifications best suited for my profession.
