I am working with the #1 CRM for 8 yrs now. I started out as a System administrator responsible in assisting users mainly regarding Set up & customization, Data Management and Analytics.
I also got the chance to work as a Team Manager and handled a team of certified admins with different skill sets.
My main duties and tasks is to ensure that all of the users's issue are resolved and taken cared of. I support escalations at times and generates reports for business intelligence.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Salesforce System Administrator supporting ans Australian based client and I am in charge basically of all the database administration they need to maximize the use of Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
-Assist frontline and senior support in finding and providing the resolution for usage concerns.
-Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues that have been escalated
-Provide hands on functional and potentially networking troubleshooting, feature explanation
-Modification of security settings, role hierarchy and visibility rights
-Share knowledge and coach reps in best practices for usage concerns.
Assists users in the following issues:
-Manage roles, permissions, access across the organization
-Implement/improve workflows and workflow rules, approval process.
-Customize fields, dashboards, page layouts, record types, and reports
-Analyze configuration and make recommendations on best practices and process improvement
-Manage mass imports and exports of data
-Modification of security settings, role hierarchy and visibility rights
