• Oversee and support conversion related issues during Albertsons to Safeway system timeline. • Handles creation and termination of users in Right Fax and Blackberry manager. • Resolved access issues using Active Directory. • Remotely resolve package delivery failures identified by software distribution group. • Support software deployment in various Safeway stores across the U.S and Canada. • Handle package related tickets from Service Desk. • Handle second and third level escalation tickets from Service Desk Specialists, Programmers, and Field Services Technicians. • Handle priority incidents in accordance with the condition of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operation Level Agreement (OLA). • Assigned to monitor failures and success of scheduled deployments using Radia. • Assist local technicians resolving companywide issues. • Support VPN users. • Performs various tasks as assigned.
