Licensing Control Support / SPRINGER NATURE
• Reviews and handles contracts for client, signature and also invoices.
• Processing all client closure request, following the client closure process.
• Assists in responding to emails with regards to the handled emails and/or invoices.
• Administrative support for all data entry daily with MS Excel.
• Maintain data in Excel with V-lookup, Concatenate, Trim, Pivot, etc.
• Ensuring all requests are actioned and the investigation of queries, under supervision, relating to tasks undertaken are completed to a satisfactory level.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
• Responding to information requests from authorized members.
• Testing new database systems and software updates.
Account Specialist / McGraw-Hill Education
• Provide support for extended service agreements pertaining to cancellations, payment transfer, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
