ABOUT ME

I have close to 8 years worth of Technical Support and Customer Service experience. I’ve worked for a VoIP company, a renowned Fortune 500 bank, and as a Remote Desktop Specialist (Geeksquad Agent). I have good communication skills, proficient in both writing and speaking in the English language, as a matter of fact I also do creative writing as I’m part of a local Comic Books/Animation startup, I’m also an aspiring screenwriter and filmmaker so I do a lot of writing in my free time in hopes of publishing my works or turning them into films some day as a matter of fact a short film I wrote and will direct is in pre-production phase. I possess a fine combination of troubleshooting/problem solving and soft skills developed through years of handling both technical issues and billing concerns. I have ample knowledge about computers both hardware and software, peripherals, printers, and also telephony and networking. As an IT graduate I have a strong grasp of programming concepts, and I have knowledge with some of the widely used programming languages such as Java, C#.net,VB.net, SQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP and accomplished the first two Cisco Networking modules.I was the Project Manager and the Technical Writer for our Capstone Project. I am able to work in a multi-cultural environment, a fast-learner, have good work ethics, can work with little to no supervision but at the same time am a team player, given that flexibility I think I may be perfect for a freelance writer job.
