ABOUT ME
An EFFECTIVE ESTIMATOR with the critical thinking of a BUILDER (Civil Engineer) I’m a Civil Engineer based in the Philippines and hold over 9 years of diverse construction experience, specializing in QUANTITY SURVEYING, TAKEOFF & ESTIMATING, PROJECT SCHEDULING, MANPOWER SCHEDULING, and PROJECT MANAGEMENT. I have worked with various large construction companies in my country before assembling my own young construction company in the Philippines, which has been operating for five years now. Since my involvement in this company is often on a contractual basis, I have the freedom and convenience to work on other freelance projects, specifically on producing of Quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities. The projects I have worked on are mainly residential buildings, commercial buildings, and interior fit-outs and I am basically in charge of the company's Project Proposals and negotiations with our clients. Hence, I am exposed and experienced in thinking critically, not just as a paper estimator but as a Builder as well. Being a civil engineer, I also draw plans occasionally using AutoCAD and one of the strengths I've obtained through experience range from the interpretation of plans to project execution.
