ABOUT ME

I am an architectural designer. I can do site analysis, space planning, architectural design, structural conceptualization, and architectural lay-outing of electrical and plumbing. I do also 3d modeling and rendering and produce detailed, professional, photo realistic visuals render. I can design residential and commercial projects and work interior spaces and exterior. I have experienced of working in a prestige architectural firm and assigned to Prepare and submit construction drawing, design development, contract documentation, and contract administration phase. I was also Responsible for the quality control of drawings production and Provides technical support and direction to production staffs to meet deadlines. I am self-sufficient, detail oriented and be able to follow directions clearly. I have a Good eye for detail. I have the Ability to meet deadlines. I am Honest and reliable. I am willing to work within a defined drafting process with detailed instructions for each task. The project that is most appeals to me was working a various highrise residential and resort projects to my previous company. This work is a complex project that push my capacity to go beyond my limit. I finished my Bachelor of science in Architecture and also received my certificate of interior design. I am active in attending Green Architecture Advocacy Philippines forum to be updated to the most sustainable materials and design.
