ABOUT ME

I am a bachelor’s degree holder of Business administration major in management information system, with total 5 years experience in food and beverage locally and abroad, 3 years experience in retail sales and merchandising, and recently employed as customer service supervisor in UAE.
In which I have a lot of experience in handling different kind of customers from child to old and very deliquent customers, different races as well.
And with my work experiences I was able to used different system such as SAP and microsoft dynamics, microsoft savy also.
