ABOUT ME

I have an experience in the field of clinical nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition and lifestyle management. I have worked in hospitals as a clinical nutritionist.I have also worked in slimming centers as a weight management nutritionist. Because of my passion for teaching ,I have also worked as a teaching faculty at SNDT university to teach nutrition for undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition courses.I have done my Research work in the area of Pediatric Nutrition in schools. .My mission is to educate people to achieve optimal health through proper nutrition and lifestyle.I have also participated in Nutrition education camps for post menopausal women and school children. I have also worked on a project on Prediabetes.
Currently I am working as a Free lancing nutritionist ,planning diets for weight loss,muscle gain,pregnancy,lactation,lifestyle diseases.I also have interest in recipe development and also Health writing.
