As skillful and experienced ICT administrator, keen on system automation, system and data Security, and general ICT infrastructure implementation. I have Three years of experience working closely with IT stakeholders design network, customizing and implementing, WiFi systems, POS, PMS and RMS systems which I have helped more than 6 Hotel and a number of Mini and medium supermarkets to automate operations and secure ICT system which have resulted in revenue increase and excellent customer service. Furthermore, I have practical experience in ERP, Payroll system, accounting software configurations and implementing, budgeting, report writing, documentation, supervision, monitoring and evaluating system effectiveness and efficiency, coordination and facilitating training for staff and managers.
