ABOUT ME

I am a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian who is currently a college instructor teaching Basic Nutrition, Nutrition in the Life Stages, Nutritional Assessment, and Public Health Nutrition.

As a college instructor, I handle both lecture and laboratory classes - aiding students in gaining a deeper understanding of nutrition and its importance towards health.

Before becoming a College Instructor, I worked as a Food Safety Coordinator and acted as a liaison between Food Safety Consultants and Small and Medium Enterprises. As a Food Safety Coordinator, I was responsible for:

•managing the resources and inputs of the project to ensure transparency, accountability and efficiency of service delivery
•performing event organization and management as well as post-event administration to ensure efficient and effective interventions
•preparing and implementing marketing and communications plan for the program services based on industry requirements and needs in general; this includes market appraisal, preparing the proposals for consultancy and training services, negotiations, engagement and client care and management
•preparing, keeping and maintaining records and documents of the different events, training and consultancy services in the program including monthly calendar of activities, activity reports, updates, accomplishment reports, minutes of meetings, budget requests, proposals, contracts and liquidation
