Experience Call Center Representative versed in customer support in high call volume environments. I am able to maintains a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to minimize customer dissatisfaction and increase customer loyalty.

I have over 7 years of Customer Service assisting U.S. and U.K customers (including online, over the phone and in person) . I was trained at a large Call Center in Jamaica (Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) – now Xerox) and worked for one of the largest dental and vision insurance company in the U.S. I have been using zopim, zoho and salesforce for the last 2 1/2 years to provide live chat support, cancel subscriptions, process payment and send emails.

1. Answered inquiries relating to account information, products and services, rates and policies
2 .Research and resolve payment, statements and billing issues.
3. Updated CC and ACH information.
4. Making follow-up calls to customers whenever necessary.
5. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries and problems.
6. Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow.
7. Deliver outstanding service, exceed expectations and build long-term loyalty
8. Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues.
9. Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes.
10. Pleasant and cheerful voice quality
