I am a Privacy and Data Protection Counsel / Officer with 11+ years PQE. I have extensive experience of implementing multi jurisdictional privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CCPRA, HIPAA and HITECH, LGPD, PDPA, PDPO, PDPB, COPA, NIST and Cloud Code. In addition, I am Lead Assessor for ISO/ IEC: 27701/PIMS and[removed]ISMS, and specialist in developing and managing data protection control frameworks, drafting data transfer agreements, and conducting privacy awareness trainings. I I also provide automation solutions to comply with Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
