Having hands on Experience in installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2014 and 2016.
• Experience on Remedy and Charwell Ticketing Tool, to resolve the issues based on the SLA.
• Experience in Database Backup and Recovery procedures.
• Experience in implementing different types of Replication models like Transactional replication.
• Experience on tempdb, logfile full, blocking issues and space issues.
• Successfully planned and implemented Database Mirroring.
• Scheduled and maintained routine Jobs, Tasks, Alerts and Maintenance Plans.
• Migration of databases from SQL server 2005 to SQL server 2008 & 2012.
• Implementation of SQL Logins, Roles and Authentication modes as a part of security policies for various categories of user support.
• Experience in applying service packs and hot fixes in different versions.
• Experience in data consistency in the data base through DBCC Commands.
• Monitoring Disk Space of all the Servers and freeing up space as per SQL Server i.e. Older Backups, Unused Files etc.
