Really don't understand this freelancer. Did a great job on the first project. Was to late with the second one but still the work was good. And than for the third project he just did not respond anymore. Was 3 day's late for the deadline and did not react on any message or app that i send to him. Just no reaction or feedback at all anymore. So good work but really bad communication and brought me in trouble in the third project which had a important deadline. Just not responding anymore is just not the way to work. so i would not recommend this freelancer. Freelancer's Response Jerry is a great client. But I don't prefer contracts and messages outside the Upwork. I missed most of his message because I use Upwork primarily as a platform.

Niko was required to learn a CAD design system for our construction company and I thought he did very well in the time frame he was given to learn!

Did the work quickly but made a few mistakes .. sorted the issues out quickly

He gave me a time frame to complete the work an he delivered within that time. The instructions were followed exactly as asked. I am very pleased with his work and would hire him again without question.
