ABOUT ME

I am an Occupational health and Safety practitioner with 2 years working experience. I am also a certified Travelife Manager and currently work at Wild Horizons in Victoria Falls. I am interested in developing health, safety and environment systems. I have extensive experience in implementing safety, health and environmental management systems. Under my supervision, I managed to lead my former workplace from a 4 Star health and safety rating to a 5 star health and safety rating. I believe with my past experience in implementing systems I can add value to your company by assisting with coming up with a sound Health and Safety audit system. I have also conducted numerous internal audits for NOSA(National Occupational Safety Association), a South African health and safety system and ISO 14001. This experience has taught me to be thorough when it comes to auditing and implementing systems on the ground. Under my supervision, my company recently got a Green certification from Travelife Company in London. This shows the company’s commitment to sustainability. I am quite familiar with developing system procedures and conducting awareness sessions/classes on Sustainability as well as Health and Safety. I believe this experience will assist me to add value to any procedures, trainings or training material that will need to be developed within any organisation.
