I am a registered Architect(registered with COA) and have done Masters in Building services. I have 5 years of experience in designing of residential projects and schools and have further 4 years of experience in coordinating and managing design and procurement under construction management team. My profile was to generate RFI, Cross check and verify the vendor shopdrawings with GFCs ,checking with implementing design on sites, updating and maintaining the cashflows along with negotiation with different vendors and finalizing and awarding contracts.
