ABOUT ME
I have been in customer service job for 15 years and part of my job was attending to clients' needs and servicing them. A big part of my job was preparing quarterly reports, staff assessment and minutes of the meeting. I love writing and was once maintaining a blog site but due to my busy schedule before, I was not able to update it. I love reading and writing and that is how I always got the assignment for doing some business research for the bank that I have worked for.
