I am Lowel Pitogo, 28 years old. I am currently residing at Garing, Consolacion, Cebu Philippines. I was a web developer at Opencoat Philippines which was a Japanese based company for two years. During my time at that company, I did coding PSD to HTML. I was also a Wordpress developer, illustrator, and a photoshop editor. I can still do these skills at my utmost capacity.
