ABOUT ME

I have more than 10 years of work experience in BPO industry. I've in-depth knowledge about providing great customer service and how to deal with them as I am previous part of Escalation Team.

I am good in selling products. In fact, I ran my own Online Fb page mainly for selling imported/branded and locally made items to support our community.
I became part of High Sales Team way back when I was in HSBC, Philippines.
for 3 years. I was awarded as Top agent for sale in the Enterprise.

I also worked as Subject Matter Expert or Operations Coordinator in Capital One Philippines Support Services for 5 years. As an SME / Operations Coordinator I provided assistance and train our new hires and outlier agents to ensure they will be able to answer our customers inquiries. I also handle escalated calls and call back request from our cardholders.
I also provided Administrative Assistance to the upper Management as needed and provide recommendation if there's something that needs to be corrected especially for process improvement.

My last work was as a Senior Analyst at Cognizant for Google YouTube clients.
I provided clarifications on their paid Google services subscriptions. In YouTube, I answered chat and email inquiries and troubleshoot for them if the service is not working.

Normally, I get 95-100% for Quality score.
And 80-100% Customer Satisfaction.
I was awarded as Top agent for Quality and CSAT.
Being able to work with the Largest Search engine made me feel truly accomplished in my career.

As of today I am looking forward to apply for a position that really suits to my capabilities and experience wherein I can leverage my expertise while continuing to work in an environment conducive to mutual growth.
