ABOUT ME

I've been working under Human Resources Department for almost 8 years. I handle the most of the employees benefit to the company, like completing the statutory benefits data of the employee which are the common problem of the company. The back logs, most of it, the unposted remittance that causes a problem to the company and clients a lot and sometimes resulted to some DOLE(Department of Labor and Employment) issues. I solve the problem by completing the data needed to submit and providing the copy of documents and do the explanation to the concern employees. I explain to the employee about problem and the action that been made to solve the problem and by giving them a period of time before they can see the results.
