ABOUT ME
With an extensive experience of 5 years in the telecommunication industry as an Education advisor; I was not only able to successfully handle clients' issues (based in the USA) but, was awarded with an additional responsibility of Quality Assurance Auditing/Recruitment and Training. The new role included; day-to-day internal/external (3rd party) audits as per client-centered requirements, along with training, evaluation and interview and recruitment process of newbies within the team, according to their skills.
