– after update bank/CC Reconciled respective month.
– Make any adjusting entries needed.
– Prepared financial reports as per client required.
Account Receivable Services
– Maintain vendor records.
– Enter Bills into Accounting Software i.e. QuickBooks, Builidum & Waves
– Prepare Checks for the client or pay through the bank’s online bill pay

Account Payable Services
– Maintain customer records.
– Enter invoices to be emailed / mail invoices and statements.
– Process statements to be emailed and / or mail.
– Process sales tax return.
Year-End Bookkeeping Services
– Enter all transactions for the entire year.
– Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts. (Up to 4 Bank Accounts)
– Make all general journal entries.
Provide reports needed for your tax Officer
