I was a Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance for 3 years fixing the internet connection of our Aussie customers. I did a lot of inbound calls I acquired the information needed to provide accurate and long term resolution to their problems.


My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each client and customer's expectations with service the service we provide. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realized that you can only help people if you truly understand what their need, if they feel that you understand them they will give their 100% trust whether you can fix the issue or need to escalate it.
