I am someone who is good with communication as well as good in customer service. I am an effective communicator and skilled in communicating via phone and email. I have a lot of experiences with my previous jobs, I already became an Advertising Executive, Team Supervisor, Insurance Marketing Officer. I was promoted as a Customer Service Manager and I gained a lot of knowledge in handling customers. I was on the escalation process already. I am managing complaints and resolving it, sometimes I'm handling customer's payments but more on complaints regarding bills and accounts that were handled by debt collection agencies. I know how to manage documents and organize files as well.
