ABOUT ME
I have almost 10 years of experience with ample exposure to customer service and administrative duties. I spent 7 years as a customer service supervisor for a US based telecommunications company. And I'm currently the Reservations Manager for a property management based in Phuket, Thailand. I supervise and work hands-on with the reservations department end to end process , as well as work closely with our general managers and other departments to create a feasible customer service and sales protocol for our business. If I were to be chosen for the position, my goal is to be able to utilize my previous experience at a higher level and hope to be able to continue learning from my colleagues and customers alike.
