I am a Mass Communication graduate equipped with knowledge and skills in writing, marketing, public relations, event management and advertising. I have a professional experience in Customer Service as I worked in bank industry for almost 3 years. My job was to ensure a high satisfactory customer service and bank experience to each and every client. I also have an experience in the field of Sales and Marketing as I worked in hotel industry for 7 months. My job was to conceptualize marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
