She worked with IT Companies, both in Hardware and software sales, Consulting and Resourcing that provides integrated business and ICT Solutions to SMMEs in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Other than pursuing a Bcom In Business Management Degree with Unisa, Martha has a Cisco sales certificate which is a great advantage in the world of IT. She has diverse range of stakeholder management experience which she accumulated over more than five years’ experience in the corporate sector. It is during this time she acquired exposure and technical competency of software development life cycle and software development project experiences. Through her 2,5 years’ experience as head of procurement and supply chain acquired the following valuable technical experience, an interest in and understanding of project management techniques and Computing systems, Analyze the structure of a business and how it uses technology and what its goals are, identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques, Persuade internal and external stake holders of the benefits of new technology and strategies She started her own company that offer ICT services, from ICT and Corporate training to Custom software development as well as sales and supplies. She also Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems, Run workshops and training sessions. She has proved to have Effective negotiation skills, Maintaining proper liaison and coordination with commercial accounts for smooth functioning of her company She has worked with different organizations, driving women and youth projects. In 2013 she joined Organization of African youth where she learnt a lot about organizational structures and composition. It was at this organization where she learnt Leadership and Management Skills, communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve, formulate ways for the organization to improve based on previous research.
