I have 5 years total experience in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineer, Precon Engineer and Technical Assistant. I am expert in preparing a detailed Bill of Quantities, excellent in quantity take-off and cost estimates, I also evaluate variation / change orders, billings/progress payments, and I also do value engineering if need be. I have vast experience in evaluating tenders of different contractors. I facilitate bidding for residential building projects. I am very keen into details and am excellent in interpreting engineering drawings and contracts. I have a very strong coordination skills – I deal with different suppliers, contractors, consultants of different trades. I am well-versed in Planswift, AutoCAD, and Excel. I am also tech savy – I am willing to learn and adapt new software as need be.
