0Mr. Rashedul Sumon worked for our company from 28/03/2012 until 31/05/2014 as an external web developer. Our company, the Boost Internet GmbH, is based in Munich, Germany. We run several large web projects in different areas of interest. Besides ad sponsored websites like information sites and communities, our focus lies on transaction based business models that provide a clear benefit for users. The area of responsibility included the following: ?? Conception and implementation of new functionality and new modules in our projects in frontend as well as backend using PHP and MySQL ?? Implementation of new layouts using HMTL und CSS ?? User interface programming with jQuery ?? Debugging and tests Mr. Sumon has a sound proficiency and skill in the area of object-oriented programming in PHP as well as in MySQL, Yii, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and HTML. For our cooperation, we used the SVN versioning system, which he also knows well. Mr. Sumon made himself familiar with the architecture of our software systems quickly, and independently developed solutions on this basis. Mr. Sumon has always shown a lot of initiative and motivation. He completed his tasks autonomously and with care. He was very reliable, committed and always worked to our satisfaction. He often took over tasks on short notice and completed them quickly. His communication with our in-house developers via Skype was always clear, direct, and efficient. English is neither his nor our native language, but Mr. Sumon reads and writes English very well, so we never had any problems of understanding. In addition, he was always available during our office times, which differ from Bangladesh time by several hours. Because of Mr. Sumon?s pleasant and polite character, he was well accepted among our development team. His attitude was always exemplary. We regret to have to end our contract because of reasons internal to our company. We thank Mr. Sumon for our cooperation and wish him all the best for his further career and live.

0This was a "test drive" contract for a larger job. Rashedul did very well and is on our short-list for the job. (The other candidates did not yet finish the test drive, so we could not yet finally decide.) Rashedul showed a comprehensive knowledge about PHP and related techniques, finished the job well before the deadline, and communicated efficiently.
