ABOUT ME

I am a highly motivated research scientist with a specialty in molecular biology and bioinformatics with a particular passion for science storytelling. I have experience in both writing and editing regulatory documents for clinical trials, grant applications, and preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications. I have extensive experience in performing and troubleshooting various molecular biology wet lab techniques including, DNA extraction, in vivo cell culture, library preparation, PCR, and flow cytometry. Along with my wet-lab experience, I have a focus in bioinformatics and have analyzed large NGS data sets including RNA-seq,whole-genome, and Methylation, and am very familiar with best practices in analysis.
