ABOUT ME
With seven years of working experience with different clients across the globe - mainly Australians, Americans, Indians, Japanese, and Chinese. All of which who contributed to my growth in the virtual world. Gaining their customers trust and retention is my cup of tea. I did this by providing services which includes customer service and technical support, email and other back-end tasks like data entry, transcription, web services, graphic designing, and digital management assistance. The client's trust given to me is exceptional that they have also enrolled me to a short-course certificate called as 'Accelerated Leadership Program'. Further to this, I was given the opportunity to train a group of people, giving them relevant knowledge of how my clients' business works and also a set of skills they can apply upon being deployed for production in the back-office/admin services.
