I hold a degree in Engineering Physics from IIT-Roorkee, with top of the class CGPA and distinction. I have extensive experience in Computational Cosmology where I have dealt with some of world's largest astrophysical data-sets (few 100 TBs), running some of world's largest cosmological simulations on massive computing clusters. Previously worked in Paris, and Oslo on fully funded research projects, and international research fellowships.
Thus, I have a proven background in bayesian analysis, handling big data with MPI, and general data processing, visualization, regression analysis etc. As a scientist, I have strong fundamentals of frequentist and bayesian methods -- the differences and pitfalls.
I am looking for any interesting data analysis, statistical modeling project until I join my PhD in 2020
