Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism with hands on experience gained from theoretical work, practical, field work, tour experience, training, conferences, and seminars.
• Possess strong analytical abilities, document processing, reporting and communication, basic computer applications skills and ability to perform research related tasks in tourism and hospitality areas.
• Have imminent knowledge and skill about Airport operation, Ticketing, Baggage
Handling and GDS (Amadeus and Sabre) software, Hotel Management, Room Reservation and Hotel Operations.
• Adequate and solid understanding of Customer Relation Management, Tour Packaging, Ticket Booking, Hospitality and Tourism Marketing, ICT, Statistical analysis, Hospitality and Tourism Operation and Management, sociology and cultural heritage, Research and Social Media Proficiency.
