Abeer is currently working as Chief Technology Officer with Media Minds – Pakistan’s biggest Media Management and Channel Rating company. Abeer is also serving Commonwealth Youth City as Chief Technology Officer. Apart from these two Abeer is leading business intelligence division of Pakistan’s 2nd largest educational group “The Superior Group”.

Abeer started his career from a startup EduCoders which earned Pakistan’s biggest E-Learning award in just three months after the launch. This startup secured the funding of more than $200k from Microsoft for Startups programs in collaboration with Commonwealth Youth Council. Primary Focus of this startup was to implement capacity building programs in various Commonwealth Countries. These capacity building programs targeted various important topics like Mental Health of Women in South Asia (Red Elephant Foundation was executing Partner), Climate Change (Susty Vibes from Africa was executing Partner) , Education and Leadership in MENA region. On the basis of this work Abeer was invited by Commonwealth Business Forum at Commonwealth Head of Government Meeting to sit in a round table conference with Prince Harry.

Muhammad Abeer is one of the curators of Russia Islamic World Youth Forum aka OIC Youth Forum. Each year Abeer assists Youth Ministry Russia in the selection process of top speakers and experts around the globe. Abeer initiated an international business reality show with State Govt of Tatarstan Russia & Idea Croron ka (Pakistan’s very own business reality show). Investments raised during the forum amounts to $1M.

From 2012 to 2015 Abeer have done a lot of volunteer work with Commonwealth youth council, in 2016 Abeer launched a project Commonwealth Linking Leads which received an investment of $40,000 directly from Queen Elizabeth’s very own initiative Queen’s Young Leader program. This project involves creation of a platform on success stories of disabled people, organizations working for PWDs and jobs opened for PWD’s. This platform was implemented in 8 commonwealth countries. In 2017 Abeer started the iAmAble campaign with commonwealth youth council; Later on, with the help of Abeer’s startup this campaign launched Commonwealth Capacity Building program in which training was given by more than 8 international youth activists to 2000+ young leaders. In late 2017 Abeer with the Chairperson Commonwealth Youth Council Kishva launched CWY (Commonwealth Youth City), This project was officially announced by His Excellency Prince Charles during the Commonwealth Youth Forum 2017. Abeer later on took the role of Chief Technology Officer and launched Commonwealth’s very first blockchain backed currency Commonwealth Youth Token. Commonwealth Youth Token was expected to generate 380M tokens over the 10 years of duration but its hype made it so vigorous that it generated 760M tokens within 3 months. Abeer also initiated Malaysia – China exchange program via OBOR (one belt one Road initiative) and CWY (Commonwealth Youth City) this program involved travelling of 12 planes from Kunming China to Malaysia. This exchange program is started with the help from State Govt of Kunming China and Secretary General Economic and Innovation Council OBOR. The purpose of the exchange to oblige Prime Minister Mahatir and to boost the economy and foster better ties between China & Malaysia. Abeer also launched UNCTAD – EMPERTEC in Pakistan in collaboration with Commonwealth Secretariat and UN Geneva.
