I possess a substantial and robust background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing, along with extensive experience in both private and government sectors. With eight years of professional expertise, I am currently serving as a GIS Specialist at the Directorate of Archaeology and Museums in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Previously, I held the role of GIS Associate on the project titled "GIS and Space Application in Geosciences" and worked as a GIS Research Assistant in the Pak-US project "Hydrocarbon Potential of the Northern Pakistan Fold and Thrust Belt" from January 1, 2018, to December 2019. Additionally, I fulfilled responsibilities as a GIS Lab Assistant at the National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar, from January 2017 to December 2019.
My previous experiences also include serving as a GIS Lab Assistant on the "Carbon Stock Assessment of Forests of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project" from October 2016 to February 2017 and as a GIS Assistant at the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) from June 22, 2015, to August 22, 2015. Throughout these roles, I have gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience with various GIS/RS tools.
I hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geospatial Sciences from the National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar, earned in the 2017-18 session. Furthermore, my academic foundation includes a four-year Bachelor of Science (BS) (Hons) degree in GIS/RS (Geomatics) from the University of Peshawar.
