Handling the Accounts Payable as a Team Leader with 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable and 2 years in Tax with driving and providing proper guidance to the team to ensure team consistency in checking to the AP Standard Operating Procedure and AP Process policy while performing their daily task. Standardizing and simplifying AP close related process to meet the necessary timeline. Ensuring AP processes are processed in compliance with SOX documentation, local regulatory and SLA compliance. Lead and carry out projects for the site by sharing recommendations, carrying out testing and best practices during implementation. To strategically manage a growing Organization by aligning overall business strategy with key people management practices towards the realization of the Organization’s goals.
