As a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Finance,audit, accounting, and mentorship, I bring a strong background in financial management, compliance, and risk assessment. My diverse work experience includes being a Sole Proprietor at Netra Sadasivan & Co. Chartered Accountants, an Audit & Assurance Senior Assistant at Deloitte & Touche and Cohnreznick and a Mentor and Teacher for CA students at My Guru Professional Academy for CA-CMA-CS. I have a proven track record of initiating, planning, and managing assignments, including investigation audits to identify mismanagement and frauds, due diligence audits to verify compliance with applicable laws, and cost accounting to identify cost reduction areas. I have also provided finncial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ROI, GAP analysis and helped clients comply with regulations. Additionally, I have experience in liaising with government departments and resolving government notices. During my tenure at Deloitte, I was the only staff member in a 100% Indian integrated audit of a large hospitality industry client with a global presence. I have expertise in process understanding, test of controls, and substantive procedures, and I have provided analytical reports and insights to engagement partners. I have also audited public, private, and group companies, and conducted quarterly reviews of public companies. I am skilled in managing time effectively while working on multiple clients and communicating audit findings to clients. As an Article Assistant and Auditor, I have prepared and presented financial statements for various entities, including banks, and conducted tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits for private companies, partnership firms, and sole proprietorship concerns. I have also been involved in US Real Estate Affordable Housing Projects audits using US GAAP and computation and filing of income tax returns, tax audit reports, and income tax assessments. Additionally, I have experience in liaison work with government departments and assisting in tax planning for individuals and small business entities. As a Mentor and Coach for CA students, I have developed and implemented a curriculum in accordance with the ICAI syllabus, planned and implemented engaging lesson plans, utilized various teaching methods and strategies, and collaborated with other teachers to create a positive learning environment.
