I am a 27-year-old Information Systems Specialist with a reputation for delivering measurable results in planning, scheduling and deploying IT infrastructure and software for clients. Additionally, I have engaged in various roles granting me a considerable length of experience in providing support for the implementation,troubleshooting and maintenance of systems,deployment of software applications for web and mobile based platforms,providing specialist technical and help desk support and reporting while maximizing the performance and availability of IT systems in multi user environments. Similarly, I possess extensive experience in selecting, implementing and monitoring security tools,policies,and procedures to ensure systems security and availability with the capacity to effectively balance an organization’s needs with its IT capability; constantly reviewing processes and identifying ways to improve efficiency and service, and proactively managing all areas of technology within an organization.
