ABOUT ME

My expertise lies in successfully maintaining superior customer relationships and providing outstanding service and support to meet and surpass expectations. Additionally, over the course of my career; I have developed skill sets directly relevant to the role you are hiring for, including customer service, customer satisfaction, and conflict resolution. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities in every aspect of the role at my previous companies.

Some of the key projects I have worked on, during my tenure in the leadership role are:
Handling Red Accounts Process (Escalation and churn management).
Stand alone to Cloud migrations (This was a Support and Sales team initiative)
Handling Top Call drivers and trying to reduce the volume by involving the product management and the Engineering team.
Training new hires in the transition phase to make understand some of the known issues and make sure they understand and follow the processes and policies. In addition create a baseline score with respect to their knowledge and attitude.
