Obayd is OUTSTANDING! He is professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was not overly optimistic about this project after a previous failure which I will narrate in short below, but he simply DID it! :) He delivered and OVERDELIVERED, a bit off schedule, but that is totally understandable - he literally designed our solution from scratch and made it WORK. Being a former programmer myself, it was easy for me to see he is a smooth and smart developer. He was actively engaged in the design process because we were not sure what was the best way to accomplish the job (another agency worked on it for almost a month before him and FAILED, saying that after having tried many different ways the desired result is not possible because of the underlying infrastructure of the WP elementor plugin. They did not request any payment, true, but that did cost us a lot of time trying to get answers from them until they finally gave up and explained why they did not communicate...). So I asked Obayd, how he would accomplish this, without telling him anything of the previous failure. He took several hours to look into the APIs and the tools involved, and got back to me with a direction that was very different from what I had suggested. I listened to him and liked the fact that he is actually thinking out of the box, and not just "banging his head against the wall". Long story short, Obayd came up with a creative and elegant solution that turned our idea into a real, WORKING solution that is up and running right now! :) Also, something that is SUPER important to us: Obayd was very communicative and honest - he let us know of the problems and challenges he was experiencing and told us when he needed more time, even if it meant delay. He did not give up, solved the bugs we found and surprised us with his doing BEYOND what was expected of him - when we asked for a certain functionality that was not part of the original requirement, he made it happen, and if it was too complex, he honestly suggested that we add a new milestone. So obviously we created new milestones and paid him for his clean, conscientious work and offered a humble bonus too, as he definitely deserves. In summary, Obayd is a rare find that we will definitely work again. Thanks Obayd!

I will definitely work with Obayd again as he was very polite, prompt and passionate under my deliverables. Thank you once again :-)
