I have a good knowledge and command of planning, programming, finance management, personnel and other relevant administrative policies. Before embarking on any project, I always make sure that my objectives are clear and team members know how we intend to meet them. Appropriate procedures are put in place for dealing with support and supervision and making sure that team leaders know what the procedures were, and are able to comply with them, all the while creating
an enabling work environment to lead, supervise and mentor my colleagues.
