ABOUT ME

I Am a Design Engineer in an MNC company and my Roles are as follows:-
Responsible for timely and accurate creation and verification of 2D and 3D Solid models and other customer specific deliverable requirements using AutoCAD and Inventor. Created necessary drawings and drafted documents required to build the design. Prior to manufacturing it was my responsibility to determine when assembled if the product would function as it was indented to when designed. Worked with a team of mechanical engineers, Mechanical Designers, DP and Project Engineer on the design, innovation and production of trays, distributors, vane collectors and other column internals. Checking of mechanical design, simplifying design, documentation and outsourcing. Highly involved in doing Mechanical Calculations and In Depth Knowledge of Terms such as stress-strain curve, elasticity, deflection, different types of loads, beams and calculations related terminologies. Maintaining the communication with DP’S (Design-Process Engineer) for process related information in column internals. Accurately reviewing customer Specs and bills of materials to ensure company designs are compatible with equipment being supplied. Maintain communication with suppliers for all design, technical specifications, and schedule related issues throughout the Job. Release of 2D, 3D drawings, MLES Markups, AFF and all customer required documents through mail. Reviewed of approved drawings and documents created by other members in my group. Assisted the manufacturing floor with any questions, issues, or concerns.
