ABOUT ME

I worked as an email and chat support for a seasonal e-commerce account for a fashion industry and as a Freelance home based online teacher.
Prior to my home based job I was already a customer service representative for 3 years and worked with 2 different companies. My first account, I've handled inbound and outbound calls for hotel reservations by providing information and assisting customers with their booking reservations, cancellations, issues and other concerns. My second account, I've handled purely inbound calls for a combined satellite and telephone services specific to billing and general inquiry for both active and disconnected accounts, online account access for online account transactions and basic technical support.
