ABOUT ME
1. Given my decades of experience in working in various roles within the software development environment, interacting with customers, I am able to bridge the gap between product needs as desired by the company and the customer experience/usability angle. That is why I call myself a Product Usability Analyst who helps the organization answer 2 questions - Are we building the right product? And are we building the product right?
