I am a fellow podcaster who has the experience of recording, editing, publishing & growing a weekly business podcast. I also own a production house through which I have edited and published podcast episodes for other podcasters. I didn't have the best gear when I started podcasting. So through my podcasting journey, I have the experience of recording and editing podcasts that are created from a wide range of sources including Zoom audio, multiple mics, single mics, even smartphone voice recordings.
