ABOUT ME

I manage the deployment of application and Windows Desktop Patches in all Windows machine starting from Pilot to Production. I am the POC for any issues that might arise related to application and Windows patches update. I raised CR's for any change and releases for all application and Windows patches. As part of the team, I represent the changes to the client to ensure that all technical inquiries will be answered. I have experience in Avaya administration for 5 years. Part of it are troubleshooting of any call route issues, call monitoring to ensure that trunk lines are always up and running, monitoring of call recording system to ensure that calls are being recorded as part of compliance.
