ABOUT ME
An experienced professional in design and implementation of HR systems, specifically with 7+ years of implementing SAP SuccessFactors. Completed about 20 end-to-end implementations, with each one using a different combination of SAP/SF modules and differing deployment approaches, combined with a suitable integration landscape.
Adept with the business processes supported by all the modules of SAP/SuccessFactors, including the cross-module data flows and their implementation dependencies as well as the SAP recommended deployment approaches ranging from Full Cloud to Talent Hybrid models.
Well versed with different methods of Single Sign On for SuccessFactors, the SOAP/RESP/oDATA APIs and the Dell BOOMI / HCI support available for different modules of SuccessFactors.
As a solution architect, conducted and facilitated numerous requirements gathering workshops and assisted the configuration/technical teams on integrated solution delivery.
